I was guaranteed next day delivery and included a note that I would be at work so please just leave the boxes by my front door (I live in a very secure gated building...not worried about someone stealing boxes) and instead a delivery guy calls me at 11am to tell me that he can't leave them and someone has to sign for them. Who is home at 11:00 on a work day??

He then hangs up on me, frustrated because of the language barrier. I then spend the next several days trying to get ahold of someone in customer service when finally (five days later) an unpleasant woman offers no apologies or explanations and simply says they can try to get it to me tomorrow. I ask for a refund instead to which she says, 'Sure I guess', in the most bored voice you've ever heard and that's it.

No compensation for the fact that now I have 24 hours to pack and no boxes, no guarantee of when I'll get the £80 back, nothing. All over CARDBOARD BOXES.
