No replies to emails , calls not being answered.After two weeks of trying i finally get though .

Bad attitude and sighing because i want a refund for an order which has not been delivered going back to the 25th May ( Today is 28th June ). How do these people get jobs in customer service when their default position is "what do you want me to do about it ?" Avoid dealing with these people. You have been warned or make sure you pay with paypal so you can get your money back when you have a problem. Not if you have a problem but when you have a problem.

If i had seen these reviews before hand i would never have ordered from them.We live and learn .

Review about: Wanna Pack Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $285.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Stress the whole experience has caused and is still on going, Customer service is non existent.
